The checkout process on our site features built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost. Immediately, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail regarding your order's details. Once the order is ready for shipment, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
We cooperate with Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided once the order is ready for shipment.
Please allow us a processing time of 1-3 days after receiving the order and full payment. We do not charge handling fees.
Depending on the destination of the shipment, the delivery time may vary.
Accept free shipping, if the order is over 89.00$.
**Some products will be charged a flat shipping fee, they do not participate in any free shipping activities.**

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are happy to offer a refund or store credit on damaged items that you want to return to us following our Returns Policy. A return shipping label will be sent to you by email when your request accept if you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA. We offer free shipping for return damage items.
We are not sporting free returns for returns because of “changed my mind” there is a fee of $15.00 that will be deducted from your refund amount for returns handling.
All items should be returned, new and unused, with tags and the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
The client should also return any authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags provided as part of the original packaging. Returns damaged, soiled, worn, or altered may not be accepted and could be returned to you.

Returned items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in new condition
In their original packaging
Accompanied by the original packing list
The non-removable tag has to be undamaged.
**Please note will be rejected to return if this tag has damage.

Promotional discounts are subject to a final sale. Please see the fine promotional print before purchasing.
If you have an issue with your product, please upload a photo; we are happy to work with our customers. After your request is accepted, we will send a return shipping label to you by email. Returns will process within five days of receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot return to alternate cards or different forms of payment. You also can choose store credit for your next shopping.

Return labels are not provided for international customers. Additional shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer.

Boutique Modemagcut is not responsible for monitoring variations when looking at color samples, so if you doubt color selections, do not order the fabric.
I do not offer refunds/exchanges for color mistakes unless it is knowingly my fault (You requested black, and I sent you to brown by accident).
