If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are happy to offer a refund or store credit on damage items that are returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. A return shipping label will be send to you by email, when your request accept, if you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA. We are offer the free shipping for return damage items.
We are not sport free return for return because of “changed my mind”, there is a fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount for returns handling.
All items should be returned new and unused, with tags and with the original packaging within14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.
Any authenticity cards, dust bags and tags provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
**Please note; A return shipping label will be send to you by email, when your request accept, if you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA.

Returned items must be:


Unworn, unused and in new condition
In their original packaging
Accompanied by the original packing list
Non removable tag has to be undamaged.
**Please note returns will be rejected if this tag is removed.**

Jewelry care and accessories
Personalized and custom pieces
Lingerie. (fun lingerie, nightdress, bra, Panties, shape-wears, etc.)
Faux Fur Shawl.
Promotional discounts are subject to be a final sale. Please see promotional fine print before purchasing.

Damaged Product?

If you had an issue with your product, please upload a photo to us, we are happy to work with our customers. After your request is accepted, we will send return shipping label to you by email. Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. You also can choose store credit for your next shopping.

Change My Mind?

We are not sport free return for return because of “changed my mind”, there is a fee of $15.00CAD will be deducted from your refund amount for returns handling.  After your request is accepted, we will send return shipping label to you by email. Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. For return by "Change my mind" , we are only accept refund by store-credit, it will be issued to you within 5 days.
 
Return labels are not provided for international customers. Additional shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer.
 
**All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable.**
**Customers who choose free shipping on their order will be deducted a $10.00CAD shipping fee from their refund.**
We are not sport exchanges.
 
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us and this will be reviewed. If your order has not gone to production, your order may be refunded.
Boutique Modemagcut is not responsible for monitor variations when looking at color samples so if you are in doubt about color selections, do not order the fabric.
I do not offer refunds/exchanges for color mistakes unless it is knowingly my fault (You requested black and I send you brown by accident).
 
Boutique Modemagcut is not responsible for any damages that are incurred during the shipping process.
