Exchange & Return & Refund

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. We are happy to offer a refund or store credit for damaged items in accordance with our Returns Policy. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label by email for eligible returns within Canada and the USA. For damaged items, we offer free return shipping to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

Please note that we do not offer free returns for items returned due to a change of mind. In this case, a handling fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned new and unused, with their tags and original packaging, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You should also return any authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags provided as part of the original packaging. Please note that returns of damaged, soiled, worn, or altered items may not be accepted and could be returned to you. If you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA, we will send you a return shipping label by email once your return request is accepted.

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in new condition

In their original packaging

Accompanied by the original packing list

The non-removable tag has to be undamaged.

Jewelry care and accessories
Personalized and custom pieces
Lingerie. (fun lingerie, nightdress, bra, Panties, shape-wears, etc.)
Faux Fur Shawl.
Promotional discounts are subject to a final sale. Please see the fine promotional print before purchasing.
Damaged Product?
We stand behind the quality of our products, and if you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you. To help us better understand your concern, please upload a photo. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label to your email address. We process returns within five days of receiving your package and will issue a refund to the original payment account. We do not offer refunds to alternate cards or different forms of payment, but you can opt for store credit for your future purchases.

Change My Mind?

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. However, please note that we are not currently offering free returns for change-of-mind purchases. A returns handling fee of CAD 15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. Once your return request is accepted, we will promptly send you a return shipping label via email. Once we receive your package, returns will be processed within five days. Please note that for "change of mind" returns, we can only issue refunds in the form of store credit, which will be issued to you within five days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making our return process efficient and seamless for all our valued customers.
Please note that return labels are not provided for international customers. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional shipping costs and fees associated with returning the package.

**Customers who choose free shipping on their order will be deducted a $10.00CAD shipping fee from their refund.**

At Boutique Modemagcut, we understand that changes to your order may need to happen. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to assist you. Orders that have not yet entered production may be eligible for a refund. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for color mistakes unless it results from our error. While we strive to represent colors accurately, we do not monitor variations in color samples. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages during the shipping process.
