Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, all jewelry items (especially earrings) are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
Condition
Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and security tags intact to be eligible for a defect-related claim.
