During your checkout process, you will be able to choose whether you would like to pick up your order at our boutique in person or use a courier service that ships to your door.
Free In-Store Pick-up*
If you live in Montreal and wish to save money on your shipping fee, this option is for you! You can drop by our store to pick up your order during any of our opening hours without additional charges.
You will receive an e-mail of notification when your order is ready for pickup. When you come to pick up your order, please bring along your order number, receipt and a piece of ID with you.
Where could I find the option to do so?
Under Shipping Method, simply choose the option "pick-up at our store". With this option, you will be free of shipping charges.
*IMPORTANT: Pick-up is ONLY available in Montreal. Please be advised, if you would like to change your shipping method, please contact our customer service. A shipping fee will be charged.
Free Expedited Parcel shipping on orders C$159 or more, and 2kg or less.
The checkout process on our site features built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost. Immediately, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail regarding all the details of your order. Once the order is ready for shipment, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
We cooperate with Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided once the order is ready for shipment.
Please kindly allow us a processing time of 1-3 days after receiving the order and full payment. We do not charge handling fees.
Depends on the destination of the shipment, the delivery time may vary.
