1. Order Processing Time

• Please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully prepare and package your order once full payment is confirmed.

• No handling fees are applied to any of our orders.

2. Shipping Rates & Tracking

• Real-Time Rates: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout, providing you with the most accurate final cost based on your location.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate confirmation email once your order is placed.

• Stay Tracked: As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

3. Free Shipping Promotion

• Free Standard Shipping is available on most orders over $150.00 CAD.

• Please note: Certain oversized items or specific products may be subject to a flat-rate shipping fee and may not be eligible for free shipping promotions.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your package is with Canada Post, you can use your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery estimate.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, all jewelry items (especially earrings) are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.

Condition

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and security tags intact to be eligible for a defect-related claim.

How to Participate

• Step 1: Create Your Content

  • Post at least 2 high-quality photos (or a professional video/reel) of your merchandise.

• Step 2: Write Your Review

  • Include at least 3 sentences sharing your thoughts on our service, the quality, and your overall boutique experience.

• Step 3: Stay Public

  • Keep your post public for at least 14 days.

Option 2: Google Review ($5 Reward)

Help our local community find us!

• Leave a 5-star review on our Google Business page with at least one sentence about your experience to receive a $5 Coupon.

How to Claim Your Reward

Once you have completed the steps above, please follow these instructions:

1. Screenshot: Capture a screenshot of your post or review.

2. Email Us: Send the screenshot to magicutonline@gmail.com.

   • Subject Line: "Social Media Review Submission - [Your Name]"

   • Information to Include:

     • Your Full Name & Phone Number

     • Your Social Media Handle (ID)

     • The attached screenshot

3. Verification: Our team will record your submission. After the 14-day period, we will verify the post and email your unique coupon code directly to you.

Terms & Conditions

• Post Duration: Rewards are only issued for posts maintained for a minimum of 14 days. If a post is deleted before verification, the coupon cannot be issued.

• Usage: Each coupon's eligibility (Online vs. In-Store) will be specified in the reward email.

• Limit: Promotional activities and website prices are independent of in-store offers unless stated otherwise.
