The checkout process on our site features built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost. Immediately, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail regarding your order's details. Once the order is ready for shipment, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

We cooperate with Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided once the order is ready for shipment.

Please allow us a processing time of 1-3 days after receiving the order and full payment. We do not charge handling fees.

Depending on the destination of the shipment, the delivery time may vary.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label by email for eligible returns within Canada and the USA. For damaged items, we offer free return shipping to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

Please note that we do not offer free returns for items returned due to a change of mind. In this case, a handling fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned new and unused, with their tags and original packaging, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You should also return any authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags provided as part of the original packaging. Please note that returns of damaged, soiled, worn, or altered items may not be accepted and could be returned to you. If you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA, we will send you a return shipping label by email once your return request is accepted.

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in new condition

In their original packaging

Accompanied by the original packing list

The non-removable tag has to be undamaged.

Damaged Product?

We stand behind the quality of our products, and if you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you. To help us better understand your concern, please upload a photo. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label to your email address. We process returns within five days of receiving your package and will issue a refund to the original payment account. We do not offer refunds to alternate cards or different forms of payment, but you can opt for store credit for your future purchases.

Change My Mind?

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. However, please note that we are not currently offering free returns for change-of-mind purchases. A returns handling fee of CAD 15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. Once your return request is accepted, we will promptly send you a return shipping label via email. Once we receive your package, returns will be processed within five days. Please note that for "change of mind" returns, we can only issue refunds in the form of store credit, which will be issued to you within five days.
